One of the biggest standouts at E3 2019 was a hidden gem booked at the request of a trusted PR rep who claimed it was a must-see title. In case you didn’t know, nearly every PR rep claims the newest unannounced title in their line-up is “must see” and usually I walk away a tad…
Swords and Souls: Neverseen takes everything that made the original game good and takes it to the next level. Fans of the first entry have been looking for new content for quite some time and, with a 15 million player fanbase, Soul Games and Armor Games finally delivered. There’s a quote from the film Safety Not Guaranteed that says “there’s not sense in nonsense, especially when the heat’s hot.” YIIK A Post Modern RPG throws this concept completely out the window. Though the heat is hot in Frankton during the 25 plus hours you’ll play this game, you’ll experience nothing but wonderfully crafted nonsense.
Unexplored takes the game’s name very seriously. As a challenging Roguelike action RPG, no two runs will ever be the same which literally means that every time you jump back into the game you are charting unexplored territory. As you go along your adventure you will explore dangerous dungeons, forge magical items, solve mysterious puzzles’ and battle hundreds of foes. All the while’ you’ll be trying to steal the Amulet of Yendor from a terrifying dragon and attempt to make it out alive.
One of the most beloved RPG’s from last generation is coming back just in time for their 10th anniversary.

In the opening cinematic you’re a dead man hanging on a cross in the desert as a shadowy figure approaches you. As the figure gets closer you find out that it’s Conan himself and he’s here to strip you from your cross and give you a second chance at life. His parting advice to you before he heads back off into the desert is simple – “Survive.”
YIIK: A Post Modern RPG might possibly have the most interestingly strange plot since Oxenfree. Set in 1999, YIIK is a turn-based Japanese style RPG that sends you on a quest in search of a woman who mysteriously vanished from your presence while you were taking an unexpectedly life-changing ride on an elevator. Yeah. It’s a…
